  • Parking?

    The Elm Street Garage is three blocks north of the studio, The Zeiterion Theater Parking Garage is two blocks south of the studio, on Street parking is free Sundays and evenings

  • Q. Can I come back to touch up my painting?

    If after a good nights sleep you realize how good you did but  want to make a few changes for your peace of mind, then just come to an open studio session (free of charge). We will post one from time to time so watch our calendar or give us a call.   

  • Q. Are you on Facebook?

  • Q. Can a class be changed or cancelled?

    We reserve the right to reschedule any public session with fewer than 5 attendees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the artist and painting offered are subject to change ( we will always let you know by email of any changes).

     

    Reservation changes and cancellations:  

    As the terms of agreement stated before checkout all sales are final.

     In the event you cannot attend your scheduled class and it is 72 hours PRIOR to this class simply log into your established account & cancel for a courtesy class credit for any class of your choice.

     This must be done PRIOR to 72 hours of class and must be done online with your established account. 

    There are no credits issued if you are a no shown or cancel less then 72 hours prior to class , however you are allowed and more than welcome to send someone in your place. 

    Private Parties and Fundraisers reservations are final sales no class credits can be issued if cancelled. You are welcome to send someone in your place if you cannot attend. 

  • Q. I missed a painting that I really want to paint! How often will you repeat paintings?

    Please let us know! We will keep this in mind when scheduling the next month’s paintings!

  • Q. What if I have no painting experience?

    No worries!!! An artist will take you through the steps that will help you unleash your inner artist. You will go home with a masterpiece that you would have never thought you could create and one to be proud of!

  • Q. Things you should know.

    Because we are so proud of you we sometimes post pictures of our students on our website, promotional media, and social media. (Let us know if you choose to opt out). Also LED lighting is utilized at times in our studio please advise us of any sensitivities.

  • Q. If I come with friends can we sit together?

    We always try to seat groups together. To request group seating please indicate so in the special notes at checkout.

  • Q. What is included in the price?

    We provide the canvas, paint, aprons, brushes, and encouragement.

  • Q. Are off site parties or fundraising events available?

  • Q. What should I wear to class?

    Comfortable attire is suggested. We provide full length aprons and in the case of a splash here and there acrylic paint is removable if washed immediately.

    We will be offering themed parties which suggested attire will be listed.

     

  • Q. What time should I arrive for my class?

    Classes begin promptly at the reservation time. Please arrive 15-20 minutes earlier for check-in and seating. We ask you be prompt so everyone can enjoy their classroom experience.

  • Q. What are the age requirements?

    Class minimum age requirement is 18 yrs and up. Kid parties minimum age is 8 years and up.

    Please feel free to contact us if you are trying to plan a party for a child under the age of 8 and we will try our best to accommodate you. Let's talk about it

  • Q. What do kid/teen parties entail?

    -Kids parties ( for ages 5 and up) are typically held on Saturday and Sundays although we do accommodate request for private parties 7 days a week.

    -The private party cost is $29.00  per child with a 8- painter minimun for kids private parties weekdays & 10 painter minimum on weekends.

    These classes includes all materials and each child leaves with a 16 X 20 masterpiece !

    -Parites are 2 1/2 hours long with an 1 1/2 instruction, giving you time before and after for cake and refreshments. (We provide all the essentials: plates, cups, napkins, utensils).

     

    -You are welcome to bring in food and beverages.

     

    Public kids painting days are starting to appear on our calendar ( we will be adding more soon) and can be utilized for VIP BIRTHDAY GATHERING .  How this works is we set aside a private VIP table when you book 4-7 children so that way they can be seated together to celebrate. Simply indicate at check out this is a birthday celebration as well as the childs name.

    This option has been added since not all parties can meet the 8 minimum required to be a private party. 

     Please feel free to contact us if you are trying to plan a party for your child under the age of 8 and we will do our best to try to accommodate your needs. Let's talk about it

  • Q. How do I book a private party?

    The minimum for adult private parties is 8 guest weekdays and 10 guest weekends.

    The minimum for childrens private parties is 8 guest weekdays 10 guest weekends.

    New Bedford and Taunton studios each have three rooms available for your private party or fundraisers.

    The largest studios can accommodate up to 30 guest.

  • Q. How much is a class?

    The majority of our classes are approximately an hour and 45 minutes to two hours long and priced at $39.00. We offer advanced 3/hr classes at $49.00. Extended classes and child classes are priced accordingly.

     

  • Q. How can I cancel/change a class if I am within your cancellation policy?

    1) Sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes”  

    2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change”   

    3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.

    4) Click on the appropriated choice

    When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.

  • Q. What methods of payment do you accept ?

    Our online system allows us to accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
